PAGE 2 企业发票管理系统 院 系 北方软件学院 专 业 计算机科学与技术（软件工程） 班 级 5233106 学 号 200502331189 姓 名 刘晓峰 指导教师 徐立军 负责教师 徐立军 沈阳航空工业学院 2007年6月 沈阳航空工业学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE 2 PAGE I 摘 要 本系统致力于为中小型企业单位提供一套基于B/S架构的发票管理工具。本系统提供如下几项基本功能：一套软件可以同时管理多个单位的发票使用信息。支持对销项发票的领取、使用和期末结转等整个流程的管理，并能够全面记录销项专用发票、销项普通发票以及各种进项发票的开具信息。系统能够记忆各个往来单位、往来物品的详细资料，从而帮助您快速高效的录入各种发票开具信息。系统具有强大的报表生成能力，能够自动生成各种美观的发票使用明细表、报表。 本系统致力于为使用单位提供一套高效率，低成本，低人力投入的系统。用现代化的网络环境，硬件设施，软件应用系统，取代以往的人工操作。 开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。 关键词：发票管理；B/S架构；数据库； Abstract The system is dedicated to providing small and medium-sized enterprises based on B / S structure of the invoice management tools.
