新余市中医院精细化健康体检管理的模式效果评价 　　摘 要 目的：探讨精细化健康体检管理模式的临床应用效果。方法：选取2011年1月至2014年1月在新余市中医院体检中心的体检者600例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将体检者分为观察组和对照组，每组300例。对照组进行传统护理服务，观察组采取精细化健康体检管理模式进行优质护理。调查两组护理满意度、健康知识知晓率。用χ2检验比较两组构成比。结果：观察组护理满意度为99.33%，显著高于对照组的77.33%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组健康知识知晓276例（92.00%），对照组健康知识知晓233例（77.67%）；观察组的健康知识知晓率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采取精细化健康体检管理模式，有利于提高体检者对健康知识的知晓，有利于建立和维护良好的护患关系，保障患者健康。 　　关键词 精细化健康体检管理模式 临床应用 效果评价 　　中图分类号：R194.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）06-0052-03 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the clinical application effect of the fine physical examination management mode. Methods： Six hundred cases who received the physical examination in the physical examination center of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2014 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 300 cases each by the method of the random digits table. The objects in the control group were cared with the traditional nursing service and the objects in the observation group were served with the high quality nursing care of the fine physical examination management mode. The nursing satisfaction and the rate of the awareness of the health knowledge were investigated in the two groups. X2 test was used to compare the composition of two groups. Results： The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 99.33% which was higher than 77.33% of the control group， and the difference had the statistical significance （P0.05）. The rate of the awareness of the health knowledge of 276 cases in the observation group was 92.00% which was higher than that of 233 cases in the control group 77.67% and the difference had the statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion： Adoption of the fine physical examination management mode is of benefit to the enhancement of the awareness of the health knowledge of the objects and establishment and maintenance of a good relationship between the nurses and objects to protect the objects’ health.
