It is an important door and strategic place of China, but its development of the society and economy is behindhand relatively. Recently, with the implementation of western exploitation, the economy construction of Tibet enters into a new development period. The rapid development of economy and society in Tibet put forward new and higher request to highway network planning. Highway network planning can acce
