In this thesis, methods of document literature, specialist interview, and questionnaire survey are used to investigate and research the five phases of the single base, such as its structure and layout, staff condition, training arrangement, expert supervisory system, training camp and competition situation. Here are the conclusions: At present, the number of athletes can generally satisfy the demand of athletics backup talents training; for the character of female throwing event, the development of this kind of sports is relatively weak in our country, so its number of athletes can rarely satisfy the single base evaluation standards. The single base has reasonable structure of title of a technical post and education background of coaches and most of coaches have abundant sports experience; the foundation of single base provides the good communication and study platform for those coaches, and their own quality is improved a lot；but most of coaches are still young and weak in the professional theory，so systematic education for coaches in single base is still needed. Excellent backup talents are emerged in large number in many project base, which established the stable basis for the development of athletics however, the rate of entire supply of single base athletes is lower; in the register scope of the whole country, athletes of walking race and female pole vault are the leading force of all in the same age, part of proportion are other projects, and female throwing event athletes take up minimum proportion, so there are still have many excellent backup talents not being in the single base system. 论文随机验证编号：BT5292342953 VI The innovation of backup talents management system liberates large
