But also the sports institutions Calisthenics students the ultimate goal. Under the Health First Guiding Idea of Physical Education， in order to better adapt to social development， to meet the educational needs of students and the subject， focus on training teaching ability has risen to a major issue， therefore， the special student teaching aerobics the ability to evaluate and develop scientific research， as well as how to achieve the requirements of training， is the most important issue facing the teaching aerobics. In this paper， our college Aerobics ability to research topics of special student to the hospital 2011， 2012， 2013 Calisthenics 50 students named object of study， literature， questionnaire， expert interviews， mathematical statistics， logic analysis system research. The main take questionnaires to obtain data， designed by former teaching ability， the ability to handle class theoretical knowledge， our hospital teaching content system， system analysis after-school competitions organizational skills， teaching practical ability to conclude: Department of Physical Education Majors Aerobics overall ability in a middle level， where class mastery of theoretical knowledge， our hospital teaching content， teaching practical abilities are at a very good level. Although I caught aerobics hospital capacity in the education level of the mother on the middle，but still flawed in many ways， especially when there are a lot of problems after school
