Clay Relief Plate Workshop 陶泥浮雕工作坊（碟型） Shaping the Human Body: Florentine Sculpture of the Italian Renaissance exhibition highlights ten Italian sculptures that exemplify stylistic developments in the visual arts from the 14th to the 16th century. In this workshop, the instructor will speak about the relief and sculpting techniques that were used in the displayed works. Participants will learn to appreciate the complicated process and characteristics through observation and creation, and explore the sculptures’ structural forms. Participants will learn to hand sculpt and carve their own relief plate.
