普通高校体育教师教学效果评价结构的研究 　　摘 要: 本研究采用分层整群抽样方式选取972名大学生被试进行问卷调查,运用探索性因素 分析和验证性因素分析方法,探讨大学生评价体育教师教学效果的结构。结果表明:大学生 评价体育教师教学效果具有多维性特征,具体构成因素分为学习效果,人际和谐,师生互动 ,考试/教学量,教学清晰性和教学热情。体育教师与普通学科教师教学效果评价结构存在 差异,学生在“知识宽度”和“作业/阅读材料”方面对体育教师的要求低于学科教师。对 体育教学效果的评价不仅包括运动知识和技能的掌握,更注重学生运动兴趣的养成和自觉锻 炼意识的培养,体现了新时期体育教育观念的转变。 　　关键词:教学效果;评价;因素分析;大学生 　　中图分类号:G807.4文献标识码:A文章编 号:1007-3612(2010)01-0088-03 　　A Research on the Evaluation System of the P.E Course TeachingEffect in High Education Institutes 　　ZHU Jian?feng 　　(Zhengzhou Railway Vocational Technical College, Zhengzhou 45 0052, Henan China) 　　Abstract: This research used the lamination group sampling method by selecting 972 undergr aduate students to carry on the questionnaire survey, and made the use of the ex ploring factor analysis and the confirmation factor analysis method to discuss t he structure that the undergraduate students evaluate their P.E. teachers’ teac hi ng effect. The result shows that the evaluation system is multidimensional. Itconcludes six factors, namely, the study effect, relations, the teacher?studen t interaction, the test/teaching quantity, the teaching clarity and the passionof teaching. There are some differences from the PE teachers and the teachers i n ordinary disciplines in the evaluation system, because the students have lowerrequest to their PE teachers in the “the knowledge width” and “the homework/ reading materials” than the others. The evaluation of P.E. course teaching e ffect includes the command of the sports knowledge and skills and the efforts tofoster the students’ interest of sports and raise their awareness of doing exe rcises voluntarily.
