梅州市妇女HPV感染的研究 　　[摘要] 目的：了解梅州客家地区不同年龄段女性生殖道人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染状况及其分布规律，为梅州客家地区HPV分子流行病学研究提供依据。方法：以2009年8月~2010年8月来我院就诊的6 455例可疑患者为对象，采集其阴道、宫颈分泌物作为标本。用凯普医用核酸分子杂交系统进行21种HPV基因型的分型检测，分析常见感染亚型和分布规律。结果：HPV阳性总检出率为20.67％（1 334/6 455），高危型主要为HPVl6，其余依次为HPV58、52、31、33感染。低危型主要为HPV11、HPV6感染；各年龄组总HPV阳性率居前3位的是30~39岁，40~49岁，50~59岁。结论：HPV基因型HPV16（5.61％）、HPV58（2.74％）、HPV52（2.69%）、HPV31（2.14％）和HPV33（1.28％）是梅州客家地区HPV感染的主要型别，不同年龄段HPV阳性率有显著性差异（P0.05），对HPV阳性者进行定期跟踪是防治宫颈癌的重点。 　　[关键词] 人乳头瘤病毒；基因型；宫颈癌 　　[中图分类号] R711.3 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2011）03（c）-078-02 　　 　　Research on the infection of human papilloma virus genotypes in Meizhou area 　　YANG Haikun 　　Meizhou Peoples Hospital, Guangdong Province, Mei Zhou 514003, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To study the distribution pattern of HPV genotypes in different age groups of women in Meizhou area. Methods: Cervical tissue specimens from 6 455 women were examined with DNA extract PCR and nucleic acid hybridization technique (cape medical system) to determine the HPV genotypes associated with the infected specimens. Results: Of the 6 455 specimens, HPV was detected in 1 334 specimens with a positive rate of 20.67%(1 334/6 455). Among the high risk genotypes, HPV16 was the most prevalent(5.61%), followed by HPV58、52、31、33 in order. The low risk genotypes consisted of chiefly HPV11, 6. HPV positive rate in different age groups was 30-39, 40-49, 50-59. Conclusion: The most prevalent HPV genotypes in women of Meizhou area were HPV16(5.61％), HPV58(2.74％), HPV52(2.69%), HPV31(2.14％) and HPV33(1.28％), with significance difference among the HPV positive rates in different age groups.
