THE INFLUENCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL FAILURE ON LEARNING FROM ENTREPRENEURIAL FAILURE：THE MODEL OF MODERATED MEDIATOR A Dissertation Submitted to the Graduate School of Henan University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Science By Zhang Yue Supervisor: Prof.Ding Gui Feng Date :May, 2015 I I 摘 要 互联时代的到来以及中国日益开放的经济环境，使得越来越多的人纷纷投身于“全 民创业”的浪潮之中，但创业环境具有一定的不确定性，因此创业伴随着巨大的失败可 能性。对于创业而言，比起创业成功，创业失败是一种更为普遍的现象。相关研究指出， 失败作为企业进一步发展的催化剂，可能会提供重要的学习机会并推动未来创业动机的 恢复和增强。因此，从创业失败中进行学习已受到了学术界的关注。本研究旨在探讨创 业失败对创业失败学习的影响，同时进一步考察消极情绪及心理弹性在其中的影响作 用。 本研究以 176 名经历过创业失败的创业者为研究对象，主要采用问卷调查等研究方 法，在对本研究所涉及的问卷进行信度分析和验证性因素分析的基础之上，采用描述性 分析、方差分析、回归分析、Bootstrap 检验等统计方法对有效样本数据进行分析，得到 如下结论： （1）创业失败对创业失败学习具有正向预测作用。 （2）消极情绪在创业失败和创业失败学习之间起中介作用。 （3）心理弹性在创业失败和创业失败学习之间起调节作用。 （4）创业失败、消极情绪、心理弹性和创业失败学习之间构成有调节的中介模型。 关键词：创业失败；消极情绪；心理弹性；创业失败学习 ABSTRACT The arrival of Internet age as well as the increasingly more open economic environment of China, which attract large numbers of people have devoted themselves into the tide of national entrepreneurship, but the environment of entrepreneurship has certain uncertainty, so a great possibility of failure comes with entrepreneurship. Compared with entrepreneurial success, entrepreneurial failure is a more common phenomenon. Correlational research has shown that failure as the catalyst for the further development of enterprises may provide an important opportunity to learn and promote the restoration and enhancement of future entrepreneurial motivation. Therefore, learning from entrepreneurial failure has been drawn the academia world‘s attention. This study aimed to explore the influence of entrepreneurial failure on learning from entrepreneurial failure, at the same time, further investigation of the effect of negative emotions and psychological resilience will be concerned. The research objects of the study are the 176 entrepreneurs who have experienced entrepreneurial failure, this study mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey
