By the model of the cooperation between government and enterprise, Longyan energetically promotes San-nong Insurance, and creates “Longyan model” of San-nong Insurance, launches 19 items San-nong Insurance projects which is available and affordable to farmers centering on the demand of risk management of production, life and person belongings etc, provides the omnibearing and multilevel insurance service, and creates Three Gains that Government yields the popular feelings, the masses gain the material benefit, Company gains the development. The practice shows that San-nong Insurance has an importance role and profound significance which can improve and guarantee the rural livelihood in the old liberated areas in Western Fujian, promote the rural economic development and harmony and stability in rural society, build and improve the rural social security system, actively advance the construction of new countryside. San-nong Insurance becomes the stabilizer and booster of agricultural development, farmer’s prosperity and rural harmony, gains the affirmation from all level leaders of party, the recognition from all social sectors and the welcome from farmers.
