It is also an important tool in the research of mathematics and other subjects such as integration theory, the expansion of functions, linear differential equation theory and various physical problems. Besides, integral equation has great value in applications. Many problems of engineering and mechanics could directly lead to integral equations. In ad- dition, it gains much benefit to change the problem of initial-boundary value of differential equation into integral equation. As to Fredholm integral equation, it also has been applied in many fields, for instance, the calculation of plasma physics [9], image restoration [12], and radiative heat equation, etc. There has been much work on developing numerical methods for solving one dimensional Fredholm integral equations of the second kind (see [1] [2] [3] [5] [8]). As to the two dimensional case, much effort has been made to improve the precision of numerical solution, see for instance [13] and [15]. However there are few results about fast m
