英文摘要 城镇化居民幸福感的影响因素研究——以苏州市为例 Research on the Antecedents of Urbanization Residents’ Well-being——A Case Study of Suzhou Abstract With the boost of urbanization, more and more rural residents move to cities, resulted in great changes such as living conditions, work, life style, interpersonal relationship, traffic, environment, and so on. For the urbanization resident, except for material conditions improvement, psychological states should be paid more attention. Well-being, as the important psychological evaluation indicators of human being’s living quality, generally evaluates individual status of life. In order to probe for the factors affecting urbanization residents’ well-being and relevant mechanism, this research applies quantitative and qualitative methods (i.e. interview and questionnaire survey) accordingly to study urbanization residents’ well-being. The research consists of two studies. In the first study, by means of semi-structured interviews with 18 urbanization residents, combining with the information collect from internet, I investigated the residents’ well-being in between the urbanization, and analyze the data on the basis of grounded theory. Results showed that there were four types of factors affecting urbanization residents’ well-being: individual variables, economic factors, social factors and situational factors. On the basis of the qualitative analysis, the second study make a further exploration on the various factors impacting on well-being and the mechanism, by means of questionnaire survey of 376 urbanization residents. The results showed that: 1) values, core self-evaluations, emotional intelligence and zhongyong thinking had significantly positive impacts on urbanization residents’ well-being; 2) Traditionality moderated the relationship between core self-evaluations/emotional intelligence/zhongyong thinking and urbanization residents’ well-being; 3)core self-evaluations/emotional intelligence influenc
