Especially，the paradox problem which is a coun阳-example in urban 位缸呻ortation network desi伊 problem，plays an important part in solving the urban tr:翻lSportation problem. This thesis is focωing 0侃 the research of the paradox phenomena 仿at may 0ωur in the urban 衍arlS阴阳tion network design. on the basis of the prescnt research situation of the p缸adox problem ，this 也esis frrst introduωd Braess paradox ，世len studied 伽e conditions under which Braess paradox occu邸， if the link travel t?me is describ创 by linear or BPR non-línear 伽nωion， and pointed out the flawand insufficiency ofthe studying ofBraess paradox under linear Iink travel time function.The 世lesis also made a numerical experimentω anaiyze the differenωofωcurr佣ωconditions of Braess paradox between linear and BPRnon-lin 幽link travel time 旬nction. Secondly，considering the emissions generated by vehicles，伽is 世lesis discuss创 emission paradoxes 伽.at may 0ωurin 世le 衍arlSportation network design，and studied the occurrenceωnditions of emissions paradoxes under linear 1切k travel time function as well ω 也，e BPR non-l讪ωr function， and established a mathematical model ωavoid emission paradoxes.
