前列腺増生患者术后疼痛的影响因素及护理 目的：分析良性前列腺增生症(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, BPH)患者术 后疼痛的影响因素，以便更好的实行护理干预。方法：采用疼痛强度量表(NRS)及CJ 设的术后疼痛影响因素调查问卷，对所在实＞』医院的35位均采用经尿道前列腺电切 术(TURP)的前列腺增生患茗进行调查，并分析术后疼痛的影响因素，采取相应护理 措施。结果：BPH患者的NRS评分平均为(4.71+_2.26 )分，其中轻度疼痛11例 (34.38 %),屮度17例(53. 13 %),重度疼痛3例(9. 4 %),只有一位患者感 觉无捕，占3. 09%。多因素分析显示：焦虑，社会文化背景，性格及膀胱冲洗是其影 响凶素。结论：在实施护理干预措施的时候，应重视BPH患者的焦虑情况，社会文化 背景，性格及膀胱冲洗的护理。 关键词前列腺增生/疼痛/护理措施/ The Influenced Factors and Nursing of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patience after Operations ABSTRACT Objective:In order to implement nursing intervention better analyzing the influenced factors of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) patience after operations . Methods:By adopting the numerical rating scale and questionnaires,which set down by self forfactors affecting postoperative pains,carrying out investigations ,analyzing the factors influencing postoperative pain and taking the appropriate care measure for the 35 patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia who are in practice hospital and all be cured by TURP.
