浅析建筑工程的项目技术管理 　　摘要：近年来，随着市场经济的迅速发展，建筑市场的竞争也更加日趋激烈，加之市场竞争机制的不完善，施工企业为了生存和发展，在招投标过程中不得不压价让利、甚至为中标不惜以低于工程成本价作为投标报价，即使中标，盈利的有限空间也很有限，导致企业经济效益下滑。在这种情况下，施工企业不得不将注重力转向内部的成本管理。而企业的成本管理主要体现在项目的成本控制上。而目前企业大部分项目成本管理都是粗放型的管理模式，管理效果比较差，成本控制并不理想。因此，对施工企业项目成本的管理就日益被重视。 　　 提高经济效益是企业经营生存不变的主题，施工项目成本控制是企业内部加强经营管理、提高经济效益的主要手段之一，因此在保证项目工期、质量和安全的前提下，如何将项目的实际成本控制在预算范围内是一项重要的工作。 　　 关键词：施工项目 成本控制 措施 竞争 　　Abstract: in recent years, with the rapid development of market economy, the construction market competition and more is becoming increasingly fierce, together with the market competition mechanism is not perfect, the construction enterprise to survive and development, in the bidding process have to demand, even for the profits at lower than for the bid as a project cost price, even if the winning, the limited space of profit is limited, lead to the enterprise economic benefit to slide.
