消毒供应室器械清洗质量缺陷分析及对策的研究 　　[摘要]目的 分析消毒供应室器械清洗质量缺陷情况，并探讨相关的干预对策。方法 将2014年1月～2015年1月我院实施常规工作流程的器械及护士作为对照组，2015年2月～2016年2月实施护理缺陷相关对策的的器械及护士作为实验组。比较两组消毒供应室器械清洗质量以及科室的满意程度。结果 对照组器械清洗质量缺陷占20.69%，实验组器械清洗质量缺陷占79.31%，实验组器械清洗质量缺陷发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。器械清洗质量缺陷类型主要为清洗不合格、包装不合格、物品排放错误、器械破坏、清洗不及时、器械缺失、标签书写不合格等；消毒供应室器械清洗质量缺陷的主要原因包括护理人员责任心不强、未严格执行规定、管理制度存在缺陷等；实验组器械清洗质量与科室满意度均明显高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 在消毒供应室器械清洗中实施相应的质量缺陷对策，可以将器械清洗的质量提高，同时提高科室的满意程度。 　　[关键词]消毒供应室；器械清洗质量；缺陷；对策 　　[中图分类号] R187 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（c）-0127-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze equipment cleaning quality defects in the disinfection supply room，and to explore related intervention measures.Methods From January 2014 to January 2015，instruments and nurses carried out routine work flow were selected as the control group，instruments and nurses from February 2015 to February 2016 with the implementation of nursing defects related countermeasures were selected as experimental group.The disinfection supply room equipment cleaning quality and satisfaction with the department were compared between the two groups.Results The equipment cleaning quality defects of the control group accounted 20.69%，the apparatus cleaning quality defects of the experimental group accounted 79.31%，the experimental was significantly lower than the control group （P0.05）.Equipment cleaning quality defect types were mainly the disqualification of cleaning，unqualified packing，discharge error of items，equipment damage，cleaning not in time，loss of equipment，unqualified label and so on；the disinfection supply room equipment cleaning of the main causes of quality defects including poor sense of nurse responsibility，not strictly enforcing the rules，and the deficiency in the system of management and so on.The apparatus cleaning quality and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion In equipment cleaning of the disinfection supply room，the strategies of defects quality can im
