湛茂阳临港经济圈中阳江港比较优势产业定位的研究 　　摘 要：2012年“湛茂阳”临港经济圈发展设想的提出，为湛江、茂名、阳江发展港口经济带来新的模式，也为阳江港的发展带来了严峻的挑战。在粤西的2 200多公里海岸线上，港口泊位多达150多个，湛茂阳三大港口都希望通过合作，为三大港口的经济振兴带来一轮全新的飞越。然而，如何有效合作？在准备合作的道路上，阳江港应如何调整产业定位，实现阳江港经济的可持续发展，使湛茂阳的港口经济合作走向多赢是一个值到探讨的重要课题。笔者通过比较优势理论，采用定量分析的方法，寻找近3年阳江港产业的比较优势，尝试构思合适阳江港本土的优势产业定位，从而促进阳江港区域经济的发展，更好地迎接湛茂阳经济圈带来的机遇和挑战。 　　关键词：湛茂阳；阳江港；比较优势；产业定位 　　中图分类号：F259.27 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： The development ideas of“Zhan Mao Yang”port economic circle was putted forward in 2012. For Zhanjiang， Maoming and Yangjiang port economy development put forward a new model， also has brought great challenges to the development of Yangjiang port. In more than 2 200 kilometers of coastline in west port berth as many as 150， Zhan Mao Yang port hope that through cooperation， bring the three ports economic revitalization of the round of new flying over. However， how to effectively work with？ In preparation for cooperation， Yangjiang port should be how to adjust industry positioning， realize the sustainable development of Yangjiang port economy， make the Zhan Mao Yang port economic cooperation to win is an important topic to discuss. Through comparative advantage theory， the writer adopts the method of quantitative analysis， to find the comparative advantage industry of Yangjiang port with nearly three years， trying to design appropriate Yangjiang port local industry positioning， so as to promote the development of regional economy in Yangjiang port， to better meet the challenges and opportunities of Zhan Mao Yang port economic circle. 　　Key words： Zhan Mao Yang； Yangjiang port； comparative advantage； industry position 　　阳江港坐落在广东省阳江市西南平冈镇，东距香港180海里，西距湛江110海里，北距广州220海里，在粤西海岸线上，是湛江港、茂名港水路运输至深圳港、广州港的必经站点。针对目前粤西港口群存在的港口分散、效率低下、重复建设及恶性竞争较明显等诸多问题。2012年5月9日至13日广东省第十一次党代会召开，会上明确提出粤西地区“湛茂阳”临港经济圈的发展设想，为三大港口的合作埋下伏笔。在粤西地区三大港口中，目前湛江港的货物吞吐量最大，茂名港次之，阳江港最小，据广东交通运输厅的最新统计数据显示，2013年1～9月，湛江港的货物吞吐量高达13 090万吨，在全省同期货物吞吐量排名第三，而阳江港的同期货物吞吐量仅有1 561.7万吨。如果阳江港也希望通过粤西港口合作的方式，实现多赢，面临的挑战将十分巨大。因此，在三大港口合作之前，阳江港应分析自身港口的比较优
