供应链管理下的制造业库存管理 如今，我国制造行业仍在低谷徘徊，制造商承受着巨大的市场压力，国内制 造企业在此种背景下迫切需要降低成本，增强竞争力。在供应链管理下，库存管 理作为物流的重要组成部分，对企业提高资金的周转率，改进生产管理，提高制 造业核心竞争力都有极大影响。目前我W制造业企业整体上处于去库存阶段，很 多企业继续压低库存管理生产，研宂库存管理的相关理论与方法对降低物流总成 本具有重要的实际意义。基于供应链管理的理论视角下，通过引入H公司库存 管理现状为实例，分析出普遍存在于我国制造企业中的库存管理的问题，结合供 应链管理、库存管理理论的研究，对其提出了可借鉴的库存管理方法，同时也给 我国制造企业的库存管理优化提供可参考的案例。 关键词：供应链；制造业；库存管理 Abstract Today, China’s manufacturing industry is still wandering in the trough, manufacturers bear a huge market pressure, domestic manufacturing enterprises in this context，the urgent need to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness. In the supply chain management，inventory management as an important part of logistics， enterprises to improve the turnover rate of funds, improve production management， improve the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry have a great impact. At present，Chinas manufacturing enterprises as a whole in the inventory stage, many companies continue to depress inventory management production, research on inventory management theory and methods to reduce the total cost of logistics has important practical significance. Based on the theory of supply chain management, this paper analyzes the current situation of inventory management in China’s manufacturing enterprises by introducing the current situation of H stock management as an example. Based on the research of supply chain management and inventory management theory，Drawing on the inventory management methods，but also to China’s manufacturing enterprises to provide inventory management optimization reference case.
