碘化油注射液肌肉刺激性试验的研究 　　摘要：目的 研究新西兰兔肌肉注射给予碘化油注射液后有无刺激作用。方法 新西兰兔8只，分为深部肌肉注射组和浅部肌肉注射组，分别于左侧股四头肌肌肉注射碘化油注射液1ml一次，右侧同法肌肉注射生理盐水作对照。药后48h取给药部位肌肉进行病理组织学检查。结果 浅部肌肉注射部位肌肉中度充血，其范围在0.5×1.0厘米以上;病理组织学检查结果显示，肌纤维呈凝固性坏死，间质出血、水肿，单核细胞浸润，具有明显的刺激作用;而深部肌肉注射部位肌肉未见明显异常，未见刺激作用;对照侧肌肉亦未见刺激作用。结论 碘化油注射液深部肌肉注射对注射部位肌肉无刺激作用，而浅部肌肉注射对注射部位有明显刺激作用。 　　关键词：碘化油注射液;新西兰兔;肌肉刺激 　　The Muscle Stimulation Test of Iodized Oil Injection In New Zealand Rabbits 　　Zhang Gui-ying 　　（People’s hospital of Rizhao， Rizhao 276826） 　　[Abstract] Objective： To observe the muscle stimulation of iodized oil injection in new zealand rabbits by intromuscle injection. Method： eight rabbits were divided into two groups. One group was deep intramuscular injection group， the other was shallow intramuscular injection group. Each group was four rabbits.1 milliliter Iodized Oil Injection was given to each rabbit on left femoral head four muscle once. 1 milliliter Normal saline was given to each rabbit on right femoral head four muscle in the same way.The muscle was cutted from rabbits for pathological examination 48 hour after intromuscle injection.Results：Muscle moderate congestion was observed in hallow intramuscular injection group by visual inspection.Huscle fiber coagulation necrosis，interstitial hemorrhage，edema and mononuclear cell infiltration were observed in hallow intramuscular injection group by histopathological examination.There was no obvious anomaly in deep intramuscular injection group and normal saline group.Conclusion： Iodized oil injection given by deep intramuscular injection could not lead to muscle stimulation;Iodized oil injection given by shallow intramuscular injection could lead to obvious muscle stimulation. 　　[Key words] Iodized oil injection; New zealand rabbits; Muscle stimulation 　　碘化油为油质含碘造影剂，注入体内腔道后能在X线下形成阴影而显示出腔道的形态结构;经动脉注射后能选择性地较长时间滞留在肿瘤组织中，故还可以作为抗肿瘤药物的载体【1】;碘化油肌肉注射后较长时间贮留在局部组织内，持续而均衡地释放无机碘进入血液，再被甲状腺摄取，可作为补碘剂应用于临床。本文对其肌肉注射后是否产生肌肉刺激作用进行了初步探讨和研究。 　　1 材料与方法 　　1.1 供试品 　　碘化油注射液，橙黄色的澄明油状液体，规格10ml/
