We’ve teamed up to shed some light on how chatbots are changing the way people buy from and communicate with businesses. The survey referenced throughout this report was conducted using SurveyMonkey Audience from October 30 through November 6, 2017 in the United States with a sample of 1,051 adults ages 18-64.
