经肌间隙入路单节段椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折临床效果及安全性的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析经肌间隙入路单?段椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果及安全性。 方法 选取2011年1月～2016年3月本院收治胸腰椎骨折患者100例作为观察对象，按照数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例。观察组患者采用经肌间隙入路单节段椎弓根固定治疗方案，对照组则采用传统开放入路植入单节段椎弓根固定治疗方案。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、切口内残腔体积、术后引流量、伤椎Cobb角纠正率、术后VAS评分以及并发症发生率等指标。 结果 除伤椎Cobb角纠正率外，观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、切口内残腔体积、术后引流量、术后VAS评分以及并发症发生率等方面与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 经肌间隙入路单节段椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折具有较好的应用价值，能够有效缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量以及切口残腔体积，降低患者术后疼痛评分和并发症发生率，能够改善患者的预后情况，值得在临床中推广使用。 　　[关键词] 肌间隙入路；单节段椎弓根固定；胸腰椎骨折；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）35-0051-04 　　The study of clinical effect and safety of single-segment pedicle screw fixation through muscle gap approach in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures 　　CHEN Zhuo 　　Department of Bone and Joint Surgery， Jinhua City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province， Jinhua 321017， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of single segmental pedicle screw fixation via muscle gap approach in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.
