地奈德乳膏联合三重滋润霜治疗婴幼儿面部干燥性湿疹的的疗效观察 　　[摘要]目的:了解0.05%地奈德乳膏联合三重滋润霜治疗秋冬季节婴幼儿面部干燥性湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机对照开放试验,治疗组给予地奈德乳膏和三重滋润霜外用,均为2次/天,错时使用,待皮疹痊愈后改用三重滋润霜2次/天维持;对照组仅给予0.05%地奈德乳膏外用,2次/天,待皮疹痊愈后地奈德乳膏改为1次/天,连用3天。于就诊的当日,用药的第3、5、7、10天,皮疹痊愈后7天复诊,记录皮疹变化,对红斑、丘疹、鳞屑及瘙痒的总积分进行评价。结果:治疗组在治疗的第3、5、7天的显效率均高于对照组;治疗组在治疗的第10天显效率与对照组相当,在痊愈后7天复查时的痊愈率高于对照组。结论:三重滋润霜针对婴幼儿面部干燥性湿疹的皮损和瘙痒具有较好的辅助治疗作用,在临床有一定的推广价值。 　　[关键词]地奈德;三重滋润霜;面部湿疹;婴幼儿 　　[中图分类号]R758.23 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2010)02-0238-03 　　 　　Clinical observation of Desonide cream combined with Triple emollient cream in treatment of infantile xerotic eczema in face 　　 YANG Ting, PU Jie, SHI He-jian 　　(Department of Dermatology, Wuxi People′sHospital,Wuxi 214023,Jiangsu,China) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.05% Desonide cream combined with Triple emollient cream in treatment of infantile xerotic eczema in face in autumn and winter. Methods A randomized controlled open trial was performed. The treatment group was applied with desonide cream and triple emollient cream twice per day alternatively, and the later was maintained after the rash cured. The control group was treated with 0.05% desonide cream twice per day only and the therapy was switched to once every day for three days after the rash cured. The variations of the rash were recorded and the total scores of erythema, papule ,scale and pruritus were evaluated in the return visit of the same day visiting ,3,5,7,10days after medication and 7 days after recovery. Results The obvious effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group on 3,5,7 day of therapy and equivalent on 10 day. The cure rate of treatment group was higher than control group on 7 day after recovery. Conclusions Triple moisture cream has a better adjuvant therapeutic effect on facial xerotic eczema in infants and itching of the skin lesions.
