基层医院开展腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌手术的的体会 　　【摘要】 目的：分析基层医院开展腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌手术的效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2017年5月在笔者所在医院进行结直肠癌手术的60例患者为研究对象，对60例患者的临床资料进行研究分析。结果：60例患者均实施手术成功。患者手术时间89～240 min，平均（149.8±3.6）min；患者手术出血量81～300 ml，平均（168.9±4.0）ml；清扫淋巴结11～20枚，平均（15.5±1.4）枚；术后胃肠功能恢复时间1～6 d，平均（2.2±1.2）d；患者肛门排气时间1～5 d，平均（1.8±0.7）d；患者进食流质时间3～6 d，平均（4.9±1.4）d；患者住院时间7～11 d，平均（8.9±1.6）d。术后出现切口感染2例，无其他并发症出现。结论：在基层医院实施腹腔镜辅助结肠癌手术治疗，手术的管理较为简单，但是在实施过程中需要严格规范好手术操作的流程，保护好患者的血管及神经，严格进行无菌操作，提高手术的熟练程度，术后积极观察，减少不良反应的出现。 　　【关键词】 基层医院； 腹腔镜； 结直肠癌 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.4.053 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）04-0107-02 　　The Operation Experience of Laparoscopic Assisted Colorectal Cancer in Primary Hospitals/LI Dan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（4）：107-108 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of laparoscopic assisted colorectal cancer surgery in primary hospitals.Method：A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer surgery in the author，s hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects，and the clinical data of 60 patients were analyzed.Result：The operation was successful in 60 patients. The patients’ operation time was between 89-240 min， with average of （149.8±3.6）min.The blood volume of the patients was between 81-300 ml， with average of （168.9±4.0）ml.The clearing of lymph nodes was 11-20，with average of （15.5±1.4）.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time was 1-6 d，with average of （2.2±1.2） d. The anal exhaust time was 1-5 d， with average of （1.8±0.7）d.The fluid intake time was 3-6 d，with average of （4.9±1.4）d .The hospitalized time was 7-11 days，with average of （8.9±1.6）d.There were 2 cases of incisional infection and no other complications occurred.Conclusion：The laparoscopic assisted colon cancer surgery is performed in basic-level hospitals，and the postoperative recovery rate is relatively fast compared with conventional surgery.And in the management of the operation is simple，but need to strictly regulate the operation in the process of implementat
