脑卒中患者早期康复疗效及其的影响因素分析 　　 [摘要]目的 探讨早期康复治疗对脑卒中的运动功能及日常生活自理能力恢复的作用及影响结果的因素。方法 46例急性脑卒中患者在常规神经内科药物治疗的基础上，由康复医师指导进行系统的康复功能训练，与50例既往有详细资料记载的单一行神经内科常规药物治疗的脑卒中患者进行功能方面的比较。结果 两组患者在治疗前的临床神经功能缺损评分、Fulg-Meyer运动功能评分、Bathel指数三项比较均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。治疗前后的组内比较三项均具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。在治疗后的组间比较中，三项均具有显著性差异 （P＜0.05）。结论 对于脑卒中患者来说，早期开展康复治疗对获得理想的肢体活动能力和生活自理能力起着决定性的作用，早期康复的时间及必要的心理护理对康复的效果起到一定的作用。 　　[关键词] 早期康复；脑卒中；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R493；R743 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）24-72-02 　　 　　Effect of Early Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients and its Influencing Factors 　　YU Han ZHU Wenzong WU Yifang YANG Dongbo ZHENG Shenghao LIN Qunli 　　Yongjia County Peoples Hospital in Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province，Yongjia 325100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation of motor function in stroke and the recovery of ADL function and the factors that affect the outcome. Methods All 46 patients with acute stroke in routine neurological basis of drug treatment， rehabilitation physicians with the guidance system of rehabilitative training， and 50 with previous documented for a single line of Neurology， conventional drug therapy to function in stroke patients comparison. Results Two groups of patients before the results of the clinical neurological deficit score，Fulg-Meyer motor function score， Bathel three indices showed no significant difference （P＞0.05）. Comparison of the treatment group before and after the three were significant differences （P＜0.05）. In between the two groups after treatment， the three were significant differences （P＜0.05）. Conclusion For stroke patients，early access to carry out rehabilitation on physical activity and good self-care ability to play a decisive role. Early recovery time and the necessary psychological care of the effect of rehabilitation play a role. 　　 [Key words] Early rehabilitation；Stroke；Factors 　　 　　脑卒中是神经内科的常见病，多发病，并且具有发病率高、致残率高的特点，是对人们的健康造成严重威胁和对人们的生活造成严重影响的常见病之一[1]。我院对病情稳定后的脑卒中进行早期的功能康复锻炼，在患者肢体功能及生活自理能力改善等方面取得了较好的效果，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法
