肛周化脓性汗腺炎广泛切除植皮术临床的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 分析肛周大面积化脓性汗腺炎广泛切除植皮治疗的临床疗效，为其提供新的可行方案。 方法 回顾性分析2012年5月～2015年5月本院收治的80例肛周大面积化脓性汗腺炎患者临床资料，按不同治疗分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。治疗组采用大面积化脓性汗腺炎广泛切除植皮治疗，对照组采用切缝引流术等治疗。对比两组治疗效果。 结果 治疗组在术后治愈率，术后功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组并发症均表现为感染、脓肿复发、形成新溃疡与肛门瘢痕挛缩等，治疗组各项并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 肛周大面积化脓性汗腺炎广泛切除植皮治疗的临床疗效治疗具显著效果，其可提升创面修复成功率并改善患者预后，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 肛周；化脓性汗腺炎；植皮术 　　[中图分类号] R657.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）05-142-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of wide excision and skin grafting of perianal suppurative hidrosadenitis， and to provide new feasible solutions. Methods Data of 80 cases of perianal area of clinical data of patients with suppurative hidrosadenitis in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment method， they were divided into therapy group and control group with 40 cases in each. Patients in therapy group were treated with wide excision and skin grafting of perianal suppurative hidrosadenitis， and patients in control group were treated with incision and drainage. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment， the cure rate and postoperative recovery rate of the ttherapy group were significantly higher than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The complications of the two groups were infection， abscess recurrence， the formation of new ulcers and anal scar contracture， the incidence of complications of therapy group was lower than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Wide excision and skin grafting of perianal suppurative hidrosadenitis has significant clinical curative effect. It can improve the success rate of wound repair， and improve the prognosis of patients.
