陇南经济林产业可持续发展战略的研究 摘要：位于甘肃南部的陇南市，地处亚热带向暖温带过渡地区,自然条件优越,经济林资源丰富,主要经济林品种产业化发展已取得了长足进步, 在农业结构调整、农村经济发展、农民增收致富和扶贫攻坚中发挥着重要作用。但是,甘肃陇南经济林产业发展,仍然存在着规模大、效益小、管理差、支撑弱等问题,为山区群众增收的基础性作用发挥还不显著。分析了甘肃陇南经济林产业的现状、存在问题和发展潜力,在此基础上提出了甘肃陇南经挤林产业可持续发展提质增效、转型跨越的技术措施。关键词：经济林；发展；实践与探索 　　中图分类号：F326.2文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-5919（2014）02-0001-05 　　Research on the Sustainable Development of Economic Forest Industry in Longnan City 　　ZHANG Zheng-wu 　　(Institute of Olive of Economic Forest Academy of Longnan in Gansu Province, Longnan Gansu 746000, China) 　　Abstract: Longnan city in the southern of Gansu, is located in the subtropical zone to warm temperate transition area, has superior natural conditions and rich economic forest resources, the main economic forest species of industrialization development has made great progress, and playing an important role in adjusting agricultural structure, developing the rural economic, helping farmers to get rich and poverty alleviation.However, there are still some problems of large scale, low income, poor management and weak support in the development of economic forest industry of Longnan city. And the basic work is not significant in helping people who living in mountain area increase income. The author analyzes the existing situationthe problems and development potential of economic forest industry in Longnan city, then puts forward the technical measures of improving quality and efficiency and realizing the transition and across on the sustainable development of economic forest industry in Longnan city. 　　Key Words: economic forest; development; practice and exploration 　　1概况 　　陇南市位于东径104°01′~106°34′，北纬32°35′~34°32′。地处秦巴山地西缘甘肃东南部, 属北亚热带向暖温带过渡地带，年平均气温14.9℃，1月平均气温3.5℃ ,7月平均气温24.9℃,绝对最高温度40℃,最低-8℃。年降水量474 ~ 900mm，年日照时数1 911.7 h,年太阳辐射总量109千卡/cm2,10℃以上有效积温4 865℃,无霜期270d,国土总面积2.79×104km2。全市辖9县（区）195个乡镇，其中179个乡镇、2 566个村分布着以核桃、花椒、油橄榄、苹果、茶叶为主的特色经济林，占乡镇总数的91.2%、村总数的79.1%，涉及45.1万农户、193万人，占农户总数的79.5%、农村人口总数的78.3%。境内各种地貌类型交错分布，雨量充沛，光热等气候资源丰富，昼夜温差较大，立体气候特征明显，具有多种生态
