阿托伐他汀治疗143例老年H型高血压的的疗效观察 　　摘 要 目的：探讨常规降压药物联合阿托伐他汀治疗社区老年H型高血压的疗效。方法：收集2015年1―6月就诊的同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）≥10 mmol/L的H型高血压老年患者268例，分为对照组125例和治疗组143例。两组均给予常规降压治疗，治疗组同时加服阿托伐他汀20 mg，1次/d。治疗6个月后，对比分析两组患者治疗前、后血压、血脂、Hcy水平和动脉内膜中膜厚度（IMT）变化情况。结果：治疗组Hcy水平下降至（10.73±2.76）mmol/L，IMT下降至（1.41±0.23）mm，而对照组分别为（14.63±2.25）μmol/L和（1.87±0.34）mm，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组诊室血压、清晨血压和血脂下降幅度均较对照组更大（P0.05）。结论：对于社区老年H型高血压患者，联合使用阿托伐他汀能有效降压，并降低血脂和Hcy水平，减缓动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。 　　关键词 H型高血压 阿托伐他汀 同型半胱氨酸 　　中图分类号：R544.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）08-0020-03 　　Observation of the effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of 143 cases of the elderly patients with H type hypertension 　　ZHOU Ting 　　（Changfeng Community Health Service Center of Putuo District， Shanghai 200062， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of the conventional antihypertensive drugs combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of the elderly H type hypertension in the community. Methods： From Jan. to June 2015， 268 cases of H type hypertension with homocysteine （Hcy） level ≥10 mol/L were collected and divided into a control group with 125 cases and a treatment group with 143 ones. Both groups were treated with the conventional antihypertensive drugs， meanwhile， the treatment group received atorvastatin of 20 mg dayly. After 6 months of the treatment， the changes of the blood pressure， levels of lipids and Hcy， and carotid intima-media thickness were compared between two groups. Results： Hcy level and carotid intima-media thickness decreased to （10.73±2.76）mol/L and （1.41±0.23）mm， in the treatment group and （14.63±2.25）μmol/L and （1.87±0.34） mm， in the control one， respectively. The differences between the two groups had the statistical significance （P0.05）. The blood pressure measured in the clinic and early morning and blood lipid decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （P0.05）.
