山东科技大学泰山科技学院本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE 摘 要 当今世界，和平与发展已经成为时代的主题，国家之间的竞争已经成为以科技和经济实力为基础的综合国力的竞争。然而，由于经济发展的不平衡和利益的不一致，各国之间的贸易摩擦也日趋激烈。改革开放以来，中国经济实力增强，对外贸易强劲发展，尤其是入世以后，对外贸易的发展更是迅速，已经成为对外贸易大国。在我国成为对外贸易大国的同时，也步入了贸易摩擦高发期。中美建交以来，中美之间的贸易 HYPERLINK /fazhan/ 发展迅猛。自1983年美中之间第一次出现贸易逆差以来，贸易逆差不断扩大，美国方面认为美中之间的贸易逆差将损害美国国内的利益。因此，近年来美中之间的贸易摩擦不断，美国也加强对 HYPERLINK /china/ 中国反倾销和反补贴的调查以及设置环保审核等贸易壁垒力图阻止中国的产品向美国出口，防止美中贸易逆差的继续扩大。文章通过美国对华反倾销现状的概述，从中美两方面分析 HYPERLINK /work/ 总结美国对华反倾销的原因，并有针对性地提出政府、行业协会和 HYPERLINK /company/ 企业应采取的措施。 关键词：反倾销 ；贸易现状；贸易摩擦；影响；应对措施 Abstract In recent years, foreign trade of China has made great progress, and its position in international trade has been promoted continuously. Among which, the most noteworthy?is?the rapid growth and expanding of domestic product re-imports. The increasing proportion?of?the annual total imports?and the domestic?product?re-imports actually nullifies the results of China’s foreign trade, especially the export?trade. This article explores?the?negative impacts of??domestic products’ re-imports ?for ?the Chinas foreign trade?and?domestic economy in the inspect of an overview of the status of re-import of products which are made in China and it analyzes the growth of re-import products from the point of both international and domestic. And then the article suggests five measures which can suppress the phenomenon. Therefore, we should speed up the construction of new logistic carrier of China’s bonded port , bonded logistic park and bonded logistic center. Then we should further optimize the trade structure, upgrade the processing trade, and strengthen the statistical management of classification of tax payment and tax policy adjustment. At last, we should deepen reforms of the customs management system as well as the supervision.
