针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎38例的的疗效观察 　　摘 要 目的：探讨针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法：收集2014年3月至2015年10月肱骨外上髁炎患者75例，随机分为治疗组38例，采用针刀治疗，7d1次，3次为1个疗程，共1～2个疗程；对照组37例，采用电针加特定电磁波谱治疗，隔天1次，10次为1个疗程，共2个疗程。疗程结束后采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）比较两组疗效。结果：治疗前及治疗4个月后，治疗组VAS差值分别为（5.55±1.03）分和（5.66±0.78）分，对照组分别为（1.68±1.08）分和（1.92±1.36）分，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.001）。结论：针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎有较好的临床疗效，明显优于电针联合特定电磁波谱治疗。 　　关键词 肱骨外上髁炎 针刀疗法 电针疗法 特定电磁波谱 　　中图分类号：R246.2/R686 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）02-0028-02 　　Clinical effect observation of acupotomy in the treatment of thirty-eight cases of the external humeral epicondylitis 　　ZHU Jing， CHEN Hua， PENG Lei， WANG Guohua 　　（Jinze Community Health Service Center of Qingpu District， Shanghai 201718， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of acupotomy in the treatment of the external humeral epicondylitis.
