高职学生求职行为特征的研究 　　【摘要】广东省各地区之间经济发展不平衡，造成各地区对人才需求规模与要求以及经济待遇各不相同。在当前这种社会背景下，高职毕业生在求职过程中产生迷惘等许多消极因素和求职误区。因此需要通过高职学生求职行为特征研究来有效的缩短高职毕业生求职期，以增加毕业生成功就业的可能性。文章通过对毕业生就业数据中的就业区域、就业方向等九个方面进行细致分析，以及对求职特征成因进行剖析最后提出相应的解决方案和对策，从而为加大毕业生求职成功可能性提供重要的科学依据。 　　【关键词】毕业生；求职特征；成因；对策 　　Abstract：Due to the disparate economic development among the areas in Guangdong province, it creates differences in the demand of talents and requirements, as well as the economic treatment scale. Under this circumstance, many negatives and misunderstanding come into being during the job-hunting among higher vocational graduates. Fo
