丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童慢性咳嗽效果剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的效果。 方法 整群选取2013年6月―2014年6月于该院儿科门诊就诊的174例慢性咳嗽患儿，随机分为A、B、C 3组，每组58例，A组给予综合性基础治疗，B组在A组的基础上加用丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗，C组在B组的基础上加用孟鲁司特（顺尔宁）治疗，3组疗程均为1个月，观察3组患儿临床疗效、随访1年的复发情况。 结果 C、B、A3组总有效率分别为89.7%、74.1%、48.3%，C组的总有效率高于B组和A组，B组的总有效率高于A组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；C组的复发率低于B组和A组，B组的复发率低于A组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。3组均无严重不良反应发生。 结论 丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿慢性咳嗽安全有效，可减少复发，值得临床推广。 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol combined with Montelukast on chronic cough in children. Methods 174 children with chronic cough admitted in the Pediatric Outpatient of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into group A， B， C， three groups with 58 cases in each. Group A were given comprehensive basic treatment， group B were treated with comprehensive basic treatment combined with Fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol， while group C were treated by comprehensive basic treatment combined with Fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol and Montelukast， for 1 month. The clinical curative effect and incidence of recurrence within 1-year follow-up were compared between the three groups. Results The overall response rate was 89.7%， 74.1% and 48.3% respectively in group C， group B and group A， which showed that the overall response rate in group C was the highest （P0.05）， and that in group B was higher than in group A（P0.05）. The recurrence rate in group C was lower than that in group A and group B（P0.05）. The recurrence rate was lower in group B than in group A（P0.05）. No severe adverse reactions occurred in three groups. Conclusion Fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol combined with Montelukast is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic cough in children， moreover， it can reduce the incidence of recurrence， so it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Chronic cough； Fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol； Montelukast； Combined with； Curative effect
