中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛105例疗效剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究和分析中药丹红注射液联合口服药物步长脑心通胶囊用于治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供可借鉴依据。方法 选取该院自2013年10月―2014年9月诊治的105例冠心痛心绞痛住院患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方案的需要分为两组，其中对照组53例使用一般治疗方法，治疗组52例在一般治疗的基础上使用药物丹红注射液与口服步长脑心通胶囊治疗，然后对比两组患者治疗前后的临床效果，并观察记录不良反应发生的情况。结果 经过2周的治疗，治疗组患者的总有效率为96.2 %（50/52），明显地高于对照组患者（79.2%，42/53），两组患者的总有效率对比，存在明显的差异有统计学的意义（χ2=5.038，P0.05）。该两组患者均没有严重不良反应现象发生。 结论 对于冠心病心绞痛患者，运用药物丹红注射液与口服步长脑心通胶囊联合治疗，临床效果非常显著，可以作为临床首选的治疗方案，值的临床推广。 　　[关键词] 冠心病心绞痛；步长脑心通；丹红注射液 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）01（c）-0162-02 　　[Abstract] Objective research and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine of Danhong injection combined with oral drugs Buchang Naoxintong capsule for the clinical curative effect of the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris， provide the reference for the clinical treatment of.
