中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折75例临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中西结合治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床途径及疗效。 方法 将150例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各75例，对照组采用纯西医疗法，观察组采用中西结合疗法，比较两组临床疗效。 结果 观察组有效率为97.33%，对照组有效率为84.00%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.782，P 0.01）；治疗后，两组患者的膝关节评分均有明显升高，治疗后4周和8周时观察组的膝关节评分高于对照组，两组比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P 0.01）。 结论 中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折能够加速患肢功能的康复，缩短病程，疗效显著，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 骨折；胫骨；中西医结合；疗效评价 　　[中图分类号] R274 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）04（a）-0122-02 　　 　　Clinical analysis on integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of 75 patients with tibia platform fracture 　　CHEN Gang CAO Huaiyan 　　Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xupu County in Hunan Province, Xupu 419300, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze clinical approach and curative effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of tibia platform fracture. Methods One hundred fifty cases of patients with tibia plateau fractures were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 75 cases in each group, the control group was given the pure Western medicine treatment, the observation group was given integration therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 97.33%, the effective rate of control group was 84.00%, there was significant difference between two groups (χ2=8.782, P 0.01); after treatment, the scores of knee-joint in two groups were significantly elevated, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of knee-joint of observation group was higher than that of the control group, there were significant difference in two groups (P 0.01). Conclusion The integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of tibia plateau fractures can accelerate the limb function rehabilitation, shorten the course of disease, it is a significant effect, and is worth of the clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Fracture; Tibia; Integration of traditional Chinese and We
