两种内固定法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效剖析 　　摘要：目的：探讨针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，观察选择两种内固定法完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法：选择我院2013年02月-2015年02月老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者70例。通过随机数表法完成老年患者的随机分组。B2组（对照组 35例）：临床选择DHS内固定的方法进行治疗；B1组（观察组 35例）：临床选择PFNA内固定的方法进行治疗。对比两组老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者在手术时间以及手术过程中出血量等方面存在的差异。结果：所有老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者分别完成临床治疗后，在临床手术时间以及手术过程中出血量两方面，B1组明显少于B2组组患者（P0.05）。结论：针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，临床选择PFNA内固定方法进行治疗，可以将患者临床手术时间以及手术过程中的出血量有效减少，对患者造成的手术损伤较小，凸显此种方法的临床应用价值。 　　关键词：DHS；PFNA；老年股骨粗隆间骨折 　　Abstract：objective：to study on elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture， observation to choose two kinds of internal fixation method of clinical effect after treatment. Methods： our hospital 02， 2013-02， 2015， and 70 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Through the stochastic indicator method complete elderly patients randomized. B2 group 35 cases （control group） ： clinical choose DHS internal fixation method for treatment； B1 group （observation group of 35 cases） ： clinical choose PFNA internal fixation method for treatment. Compared two groups of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures in operation time and blood loss during operation and other aspects of differences. Results： all the old patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after clinical treatment， respectively， in the two aspects of clinical operation time and blood loss during operation， significantly less than patients with B2 way B1 group （P0.05）. Conclusion： in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture， clinical choice PFNA internal fixation method for treatment， patients can be clinical operation time and blood loss in the process of operation， effectively reduce damage to surgery in patients with small， highlights the value of clinical application of this method. 　　Keywords： DHS. The elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures 　　近年来，表现为股骨粗隆间骨折的患者例数表现为逐渐增加的趋势。针对患者选择早期手术治疗的方法，表现出较高的安全性以及有效性。针对患者选择内固定术的方法进行治疗，能够获得显著的稳定复位效果【1】。为了确定最佳的内固定方法，本文主要针对我院收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，临床分别选择DHS（动力髋螺钉）以及PFNA（股骨近端螺旋刀片抗旋髓内钉）内固定
