中山市133例儿童人巨细胞病毒感染临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 该研究探讨中山市儿童人巨细胞病毒感染的临床特征。方法 方便选择2012年1月―2016年12月中山市人民医院普通儿科收治的133例HCMV感染患儿作为研究对象，按年龄分成3组，12月组。回顾性分析3组患儿的临床资料对该病的临床特点进行总结。结果 不同年龄组儿童在先天发育异常、血液系统损害、泌尿系统疾患方面存在差异（P12月组主要表现为血液系统损害（45.5%），肺炎（27.3%）、中枢异常（18.2%）及肝功能异常（18.2%），27.3%的患儿存在两种及两种以上器官、系统受累。结论 HCMV感染临床表现多种多样，年龄越小，易感性越大，可累及多系统多器官，易出现严重合并?Y.应加强对HCMV感染的早发现，早诊断、早治疗，以减少器官损害、严重并发症发生从而改善患儿生活质量。 　　[关键词] 儿童；人巨细胞病毒；感染；临床表现 　　[中图分类号] R725 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（c）-0117-03 　　Clinical Analysis of 133 Cases of Children Human Cytomegalic Inclusion Disease Virus Infection in Zhongshan 　　PAN Cong 　　Department of General Pediatrics， Zhongshan People’s Hospital， Zhongshan， Guangdong Proivnce， 528400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clincial features of children human cytomegalic inclusion disease virus infection in Zhongshan. Methods 133 cases of HCMV infection children admited and treated in our hopsital from January 2012 to Decem ber 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and divided into three groups incluidng 12 months group， and the clinical features of children were summarized. Results There were differences in the congenital abnormalities， blood system damage， urinary system disorders between different ages of children group（P 12 group were Blood system damage（45.5%）， pneumonia（27.3%）， central abnormalities （18.2%） and abnormal liver function（18.2%） and 27.3 percent of children had two kinds or above organs and system invovled. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of HCMV infection are multiple， the younger the age， the greater the susceptibility， which can invovle multiple organs and multiple organs， and the severe complications are easy to occur， and we should enhance the early discovery， early treatment and early diagnosis in order to reduce the organ damage and ocurrence of severe complications thus improivng the quality of life of children. 　　[Key words] Children； Human cytomegalovirus； Infection； Clincial manifestations 　　人巨细胞病毒感染是由人巨细胞病毒
