中山市南朗医院专项整治前后抗菌药使用情况剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 调查专项整治前后本院抗菌药使用情况，提高本院抗菌药合理使用水平。 方法 随机抽取2010年8～12月和2012年8～12月本院住院病历540份，门诊处方2160份，Ⅰ类切口手术病历108份，对比分析抗菌药专项整治前后抗菌药物使用情况、不良反应发生情况等。 结果 实施抗菌药专项整治前后，处方抗菌药物使用率、不合理用药发生率、不良反应发生率、病原学送检率等指标均发生明显改变，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 实施抗菌药专项整治可对临床抗菌药不合理使用现象进行有效遏制，促进临床合理用药，改善临床疗效，值得关注并推广。 　　[关键词] 抗菌药；专项整治；不良反应；合理用药；临床 　　[中图分类号] R453.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（b）-0141-03 　　Analysis of use of antibacterial drugs before and after special rectification in Nanlang Hospital of Zhongshan City 　　LI Jia-hong TAN Qi-jia YU Xiu-liu 　　Department of Pharmacy，Nanlang Hospital of Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province，Zhongshan 528400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the use of antibacterial drug before and after special rectification in our hospital，so as to improve the level of rational use of antibacterial drug in our hospital. Methods 540 hospitalization records，2160 outpatient prescriptions，and 108 surgical records of classⅠincision in our hospital from August to December 2010 and from August to December 2012 were randomly selected.Use of antibacterial drug and incidence of adverse reaction and so on before and after special rectification of antibacterial drug was compared and analyzed respectively. Results Before and after special rectification of antibacterial drug，indexes such as application rate of antibacterial drug of prescription，incidence rate of irrational drug use，incidence rate of adverse reaction and etiological examination rate had significant change，and the was a statistical difference （P0.05）.
