卵巢巧克力囊肿穿刺介入治疗155例临床效果剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿穿刺介入治疗的临床效果。方法：选择2008年8月-2016年5月笔者所在医院妇科卵巢巧克力囊肿患者 　　155例，在超声引导下穿刺针穿入囊肿中心，抽出囊肿液，生理盐水反复冲洗囊肿腔，无水乙醇注入囊肿腔内5 min后抽出，反复3次。结果：155例患者手术均成功完成，手术时间20～80 min，平均（32.0±6.5）min；抽出囊肿液15～530 ml，平均（50±15）ml；术后3个月复查，囊肿消失治愈149例，囊肿明显缩小6例；治愈率96.1%，有效率100%；6例囊肿缩小的患者术后3个月再次穿刺介入治疗治愈。无严重并发症发生。结论：超声引导下穿刺介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿，具有微创、治愈率高、并发症少、可重复性强、无需住院等优点，有临床推广和应用价值。 　　【关键词】 卵巢巧克力囊肿； 超声引导； 介入治疗 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.12.057 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）12-0103-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of puncture interventional treatment on ovarian chocolate cyst.Method：155 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst from our hospital during August 2008 to May 2016 were chose.Cyst was inserted with the guide of ultrasonic.Cyst fluid was then taken out.Cyst cavity was then flushed repeatedly with physiological saline.Anhydrous ethanol was injected in the cyst cavity and was drawn out after 5 minutes. This procedure was repeated for 3 times.Result：All the operations of the 155 cases were successful.Duration of the operation was 20 to 80 minutes，average （32.0±6.5）minutes.Drawn cyst fluid was 15 to 530 ml，average （50±15）ml.In three-month review，149 cases were cured.The cysts of 6 cases were reduced obviously.The cure rate was 96.1%.The effective rate was 100%.Patients of those 6 cases received another puncture interventional treatment 3 months after the operations.All of them turned out to be cured.No serious complications occurred.Conclusion：Puncture interventional treatment on ovarian chocolate cyst has the advantages of minimally invasion，high cure rate，low complications，high repeatability and no hospitalization.It shows a great value in clinical expansion. 　　【Key words】 Ovarian chocolate cyst； Ultrasonic guided； Interventional therapy 　　First-author’s address：PLA No.520 Hospital，Mianyang 621000，China 　　卵巢巧克力囊?[（Ovarian Chocolate Cyst，OCC）是由于子宫内膜异位至卵巢内引起，其病理变化为异位的子宫内膜随卵巢的功能变化，发生周期性反复出血和周围组织纤维化形成出血性囊肿，并且逐渐增大，因囊肿腔内容物为陈旧性粘稠的血液很像巧克力糖浆，故称为
