PAGE 毕节市水产品消费现状及前景研究 摘 要 毕节市是长江上游乌江和赤水河的发源地，有着丰富的冷水资源和特有鱼类资源，2012年，农林牧渔业总产值212.45亿元，渔业产值1.31亿元，农林牧渔服务业产值4.09亿元。开发冷水资源进行冷水鱼养殖是毕节市渔业的一大优势，近年来，毕节市积极推行水产品的标准化养殖和健康养殖，确保水产品质量安全，以此提高水产品品质，大力打造生态养殖基地。大鲵养殖作为贵州省毕节市特色养殖产业之一，于2009年开始在毕节、大方、金沙、赫章四县（市）相继实施。 本文概述了毕节市水产业状况，比较了水产品的竞争力，分析了毕节市水产业发展现状，包括水产品产量现状，水产品生产（养殖捕捞）现状，水产品流通现状以及水产业存在的问题。本文通过以抽样问卷调查方法和价格考察法比较了毕节市畜禽肉与水产品的价格对消费的影响，比较了不同的水产品受消费者喜爱的程度，并分析了毕节市水产品消费水平和消费现状。提出标准化养殖将成为未来必然的趋势，为如何提高毕节市水产品的消费水平进行了讨论，为政府决策提供了相关依据。 关键词：毕节市；水产品；消费水平；消费现状；趋势 Consumption status investigtion and prospective analysis on aquatic product in Bijie City Abstract Bijie City is the birthplace of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Wujiang and Chishui River, with rich resources of cold water and unique fish resources, in 2012, Gross output value of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery is 21.245 billion yuan, including 131 million yuan of output value of fishery and 409 million million yuan of output value of their services. Developing cold-water fish farming with cold water resources is a major advantage of our regions fisheries, and we need to actively promote the standardization of aquatic products breeding and health culture to ensure the safety of aquatic product quality.As one of the characteristic of fish farming in Bijie region of GuiZhou province, Giant salamander breeding began to implement in 2009 in Bijie, generous, Sands, Hezhang four counties (cities). This article provides an overview of the Bijie City aquaculture situation, comparing the competitiveness of aquatic products, analyzing its aquaculture development status including the current situation of aquatic products, aquatic production (farming fishing), aquatic products circulation and the exist problems. In this paper,with sampling survey methods and price inspection, we not only compare Bijie City of poultry meat and aquatic products price effect on consumption, the different degree of aquatic consumers prefer, but also analyze the level of consumption of aquatic
