The network becomes the people to live gradually with the work service aid, in this foundation, the network marketing starts its formidable market mechanism. Peoples life has also laid the solid foundation for the network marketing. The network marketings development follows the information technology development to develop, at present the network marketing is following the networking development in the Chinese Enterprise, but is developing rapidly, obtains the bounds to result in the achievement. But the present situation says the network marketing is not the maturation period, presents many setbacks in the developing process. But believed that will make a bigger progress in the future. in the article narrated China enterprise network marketing concept, the present situation and some insufficiencies, the solution countermeasure, the prospect analysis. The paper describes the Chinese enterprise network marketing concepts, the present situation and some deficiencies, the countermeasures and prospects.
