地理学中文核心期刊优先数字出版情况剖析 　　[摘 要] 分析中国地理学19种中文核心期刊优先数字出版情况，得出：（1）有14家期刊与中国知网签订优先数字出版协议，但做得好的期刊较少；（2）优先数字出版的各项要素标注存在不同程度的缺失，个别期刊重要信息缺失严重；（3）2015年论文优先出版占比较高的期刊仅有3家，其他期刊占比均较低；（4）实行优先数字出版时间在2年以上且2015仍在继续的期刊有6家；（5）仅有2家期刊优先提前时间较长，其他期刊优先出版提前时间普遍较短。针对问题提出以下建议：积极参与优先数字出版；重视优先数字出版的时效性和质量；重视优先数字网页界面信息标注的完整度；做好优先数字出版宣传。 　　[关键词] 地理学中文核心期刊 优先数字出版 　　[中图分类号] G237 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1009-5853 （2016） 03-0087-05 　　The Process in On-line First of Geography Chinese Core Academic Journals 　　Guo Yihua 　　（Editorial Department of Tropical Geography， Guangzhou Institute of Geography， Guangzhou， 510070） 　　[Abstract] By the analysis of process in on-line first of geography Chinese core academic journals， found that：（1）there were 14 core academic journals adopting on-line first， but only 3made full use of it；（2）the elements label in web page of on-line first was incomplete in some sense； Some journals were even lacking in some important information；（3）only 3 core academic journals had a relative higher proportion of publications in on-fine first in 2015；（4）only 6 core academic journals used on-line first more than two years and continued to use it in 2015；（5）only 2 core academic journals who used on-line first would publish paper long time early， others could publised in advance for relative shorter time. Therefore， the following proposals were made for the above issues：（1）the on-line first should be employed widely and actively；（2）great attention should be paid to the timeliness and editorial quality；（3）the information markup should be integrity；（4）the propaganda of on-line first should be promoted vigorously. 　　[Key words] Geography Chinese core academic journals On-line first 　　优先数字出版，是指文章在被录用后正式以卷期成册印刷出版前，在具备网络出版资质的数字出版平台上提前发布，该形式被认为是期刊传统出版模式的革命。全球最大的STM出版商施普林格公司最早于1998年创办优先数字出版（Online FirstTM）形式，随后国际上各大知名出版社也纷纷创建各自的优先出版平台，如《自然》创办“AOP”（Advance Online Publication），《科学》创办“Express”， 　　Elsevier创办“InPress”。2010年8月，中国学术期刊（光盘版）电子杂志社在国内率先启动中国知网学术期刊优先数字出版并在全国推广实施。2012年9月，万方数据股份有限公司也推出“科技期刊优先出版”计划
