手术室护理风险因素剖析及管理对策 　　【摘要】 目的：分析手术室护理风险的相关因素，探讨有效的护理管理对策。方法：选取实施护理管理措施前后本院手术患者为研究对象，其中实施前（2012年）的8160例手术患者作为对照组，实施后（2013年）的9372例手术患者作为观察组。对两组的管理效果进行比较，分析手术室护理风险，制定有效的管理措施。结果：对照组的护理安全缺陷2.30%，护理质量评分为（92.99±2.95）分，医生满意度为86.25%，患者满意度为82.33%；观察组的护理安全缺陷为0.44%，护理质量评分为（97.85±3.76）分，医生满意度为96.83%，患者满意度为97.61%。观察组的护理风险的发生率明显下降，护理质量评分明显提高，医生及患者满意度显著上升，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对手术室护理工作特点及薄弱环节，找出预防和避免护理风险的方法，可最大限度降低护理风险的发生，提高手术医生和患者满意度。 　　【关键词】 手术室； 护理风险； 管理对策 　　Analysis and Countermeasures for the Management of Nursing Risk Factors on Operation Room/WEI Yu-lan.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（16）：101-103 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the measures of nursing management effectively through analysis of related factors of operation room nursing risk. Method： The patients in our hospital before and after the implementation of nursing management measures were comparatively studied. 8160 cases before the implementation of nursing management measures（January 2012 to December 2012） were set up the control group， and 9372 cases after the implementation （January 2013 to December 2013） were set up the observation group. The effect of the patients in the two groups were compared， operation room nursing risks were analyzed， effective management measures were developed. Result：In the control group， nursing safety defects was 2.30%， the nursing quality score was （92.99±2.95）， doctors satisfaction was 86.25%， patient satisfaction was 82.33%. In the observation group， nursing safety defects was 0.44%， the nursing quality score was （97.85±3.76）， doctors satisfaction was 96.83%， patient satisfaction was 97.61%. The nursing risk was decreased， the quality of care scores were significantly increased， the doctor and patient satisfaction were significantly increased， there were significant differences between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion：Aiming at the operation room nursing work characteristics and weaknesses， identify and prevent nursing risk， may maximum limit reduce nursing risks
