急诊手术治疗普外科疾病合并糖尿病112例临床剖析 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2017.05.003 　　[摘要] 目的 对急诊手术治疗普外科疾病合并糖尿病的临床效果进行分析。方法 选取112例该院于2015年5月―2016年5月所收治的普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者，将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组行常规治疗，观察组行急诊手术治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 两组患者治疗前血糖水平差异无统计学意义（P0.05），观察组术前血糖水平明显低于对照组，治疗后两组均恢复正常水平，观察组治疗后血糖水平明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对普外科疾病合并糖尿病患者行急诊手术治疗的疗效显著，治疗所带来的创作小，术后不易产生并发症，同时可有效改善患者临床症状，值得在临床治疗中进行广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 急诊手术；普外科疾病；糖尿病 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）03（a）-0003-02 　　Clinical Analysis of Emergency Surgery in Treatment of 112 Cases with Diseases in the Department of General Surgery and Diabetes 　　KUANG Yan-bing1， LI Zong-xia2 　　1.Department of Surgery， Donggang District Nanhu Central Health Center， Rizhao， Shandong Province， 276800 China；2.Donggang District Heshan Health Center， Rizhao， Shandong Province， 276800 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of emergency surgery in treatment of patients with diseases in the department of general surgery and diabetes. Methods 112 cases of patients with diseases in the department of general surgery and diabetes admitted and treated from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups， the control group adopted the routine treatment， the observation group adopted the emergency surgery， and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results There was no obvious difference in the blood glucose level between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）， and the preoperative blood glucose level in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group and both groups returned to the normal level after treatment， and the blood glucose level after treatment in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
