精品 塑料梳子三维造型 与模具设计 系 别： 专 业 班： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2012年 5 月 塑料梳子三维造型 与模具设计 Plastic comb three-dimensional modeling and mold design 精品 摘 要 塑料成型技术及设备的出现始于二十世纪三十年代，在仅有七十年左右的时间己发展成为一种非常重要、最具代表性的塑料加工方法，注塑制品也被越来越多的行业采用。注射成型过程及设备以现有的形式存在己有四十多年的历史，可以证实塑料注射成型机电液技术水平的提高已经成为提高注射成型机质量，满足各行业对于注塑制品高质量要求的关键。 本文塑件的成型工艺及材料选择对塑件质量的影响，最终选择TPEE为梳子的成型材料，以及运用UG4.0软件绘制梳子三位模型、模具分型面设计、浇注系统设计、抽取模件和开模模拟等。 介绍模具设计的设计流程及模具的加工，注塑模具设计的流程是先创建出成型模件，再根据成型模件的特点来设计起结构零件。成型零件包括型芯、型腔等与塑料接触构成模腔的零件。由于塑料梳子的形状相对简单，用平面的分型面即可。凸、凹模的加工方面是先用Mastercam制订模具的凸、凹模加工工艺，设置合理的加工路线，生成程序导出。 关键词：材料选择 UG4.0 分型面设计 浇注系统设计 Abstract Plastic molding technology and equipment starting in the early thirties，it has become a very important and the most representative method of plastic processing in only seven years, injection molding products have also been adopted by more and more industry. Injection molding process and equipment has been available in the form of a 40-year history. It can confirm that the improving of the plastic injection molding machine hydraulic technology has becoming the key of improving the quality of injection molding, and also the key of meet the quality requirements of injection molding products for various industries . This article describes the plastic parts of the molding process and material selection on the quality of plastic parts, choose TPEE as the plastic comb molding material and the use of UG4.0 software rendering three-dimensional model of the bottom cover, mold parting surface design, gating system design, extraction module parts and mold simulation.
