我院上半年门诊抗菌药物使用情况剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 调查了解武威市人民医院（以下简称“我院”）上半年门诊抗茵药物的应用情况，对其用药合理性进行评价分析。 方法 利用计算机管理系统对我院2013年1～6月每月5 d的处方共20 874张进行调查，统计分析各科室抗菌药物的使用比例与联合使用率等情况。对抗菌药物使用数量和金额进行排序，分析我院上半年抗菌药物的用药趋势，探讨抗菌药物使用的合理性。 结果 各科室抗菌药物的使用比率差别较大；门诊患者与急诊患者抗菌药物的使用率、联合使用率均符合管理，合理处方所占比例达90％以上；儿科患者的抗菌药物应用情况不容乐观，合理处方所占比例未达90％，但抗菌药物的使用率有逐月下降的趋势。 结论 药剂科要加强全院各科室的抗菌药物培训学习，通过处方点评促进合理应用抗菌药物，提高合理使用抗菌药物的水平。 　　[关键词] 门诊；抗菌药物；处方；合理用药 　　[中图分类号] R165[文献标识码] C[文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）05（c）-0124-04 　　 　　Analysis of outpatient using of antimicrobials in our hospital during January to June 2013 　　ZHANG Jiehua HAN Chunmei 　　Department of Pharmacy, the Peoples Hospital of Wuwei City, Gansu Province, Wuwei 733000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the outpatient using of antimicrobials in the Peoples Hospital of Wuwei City (our hospital) during January to June 2013 and evaluate the clinical using of antimicrobial agents. Methods 20 874 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from January to June 2013 randomly selected by computer administration system were researched. The using rate of antimicrobials and drug combination were statistically analyzed. The quantity and cost of antimicrobial drugs were sorted. The tendency and clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents were discussed. Results There was great difference in the clinical using of antimicrobial agents in departments of our hospital. The using rate of antimicrobials and drug combination complied with regulatory requirements in outpatients or emergency case and the rates of reasonable prescription could be achieved in over 90%. The clinical using of antimicrobial agents was not going well in pediatric patients and the rates of reasonable prescription couldnt be achieved in 90%. However, its monthly downward trend was clear. Conclusion The pharmacy department should strengthen the training of clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents and the level of rational using of antimicrobial agents can be promoted by prescription comment. 　　[Key words]
