我院验收3477批中药饮片问题剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中药饮片验收质量把关的一般规律。 方法 整理、归纳浙江省仙居县人民医院（以下简称“我院”）3477批次中药饮片入库验收记录，分析问题批次原因。 结果 验收3477批次，其中共258问题批次，占总批次的7.42%。主要问题表现为6大类，其中包装、标签、票据问题最为严重，占问题批次的52.7%，另外水分超标、虫蛀、霉变、硫磺熏蒸过度、掺杂使假、采收或炮制不规范以次充好、品种混用或应付不规范问题也比较大。从供货公司所处区域来分析，省外供货公司相对本地区供货公司问题多。 结论 我院购进的中药饮片的问题比较多，中药饮片的质量存在隐患，应建立全国统一的中药饮片炮制规范，加强中药饮片的供应环节和使用环节的监管，从而提升中药饮片的质量。 　　[关键词] 中药饮片；质量；监管 　　[中图分类号] R95[文献标识码] C[文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）05（b）-0139-04 　　 　　Analysis on the problems of 3477 batches Chinese herbal pieces by our hospital acceptance 　　CHEN Xiuping 　　Department of Pharmacy, Peoples Hospital of Xianju County, Zhejiang Province, Xianju 317300, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the general rule of acceptance quality check for Chinese herbal pieces. Methods The acceptance records of 3477 batches Chinese herbal pieces in Peoples Hospital of Xianju County were summarized, then the reasons of the problem batches were analyzed. Results Among 3477 batches, there were 258 problem batches, accounting for 7.42% of all. There were 6 kinds of main problems, the most serious was the problem of packages, labels and notes, accounting for 52.7%. There were also some other problems including superstandard water content, damaged by worms, mildew, over-fumigation of sulfuric acid, adulteration, not standardized harvest and processing, mixture of varieties and so on. The suppliers from outside province had more issues than the local suppliers in the analysis on region. Conclusion There are so many problems of the Chinese herbal pieces purchasing by Peoples Hospital of Xianju County, the quality of Chinese herbal pieces has hidden danger.
