l 微振压实造型机的PLC控制系统设计 院 系 材料科学与工程学院 专 业 材料成型及控制工程 班 级 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 沈阳航空航天大学 The Microseismic Moulding Machine PLC Control System Design Department School of Materials Science and Engineering Major Materials Forming and Control Engineering Class Student No Name Supervisor Shengyang Aerospace University l 摘要 根据微振压实造型机的工作原理及工艺过程，来设计其控制系统，主要完成了系统的硬件配置和软件设计。硬件部分包括上位机，下位机的选择，最终选用欧姆龙CP1H系列PLC。软件设计包括系统输入输出点数的确定，输入21点，输出8点，并且编制了顺序功能图，并由此编制出梯形图，编制好梯形图后进行上机调试。系统引进组态王来绘制界面，最终PLC与组态王通过RS-232完成数据通讯，系统能够实现全自动、半自动以及手动调试功能，能够利用上位机的监控界面获取实时数据，处理后以图形方式显示在上位机屏幕上，完成加砂、预震及压震等各个工部的动画。 关键词：微震压实造型机；组态王；可编程控制器；梯形图 Abstract Micro-vibration compaction molding machine according to the working principle and process, to design its control system, mainly to complete the systems hardware configuration and software design. Hardware, including PC, the next crew selection, the final selection of Omron CP1H series PLC. Software design including system input and output points to determine the input 21, output 8 points, and the preparation of a sequential function chart, and thus the preparation of a ladder, draw up the ladder on the machine after the commissioning.
