早期胃癌根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术40例剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声刀在早期胃癌根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术中的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2011年7月～2012年12月入住我院的早期胃癌的40例患者，将其分为观察组和对照组。观察手术出血量、手术时间、继发出血情况、术后3 d总引流量、清扫淋巴结数量、术后排气时间。 结果 观察组手术平均出血量、手术时间、术后3 d总平均引流量、清扫淋巴结平均数量显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；且两组继发出血例数相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；术后排气情况差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 早期胃癌根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术中使用超声刀具有积极的临床意义，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 早期胃癌；全切术；超声刀 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）22-0040-03 　　Analysis of 40 cases of type Ⅱ radical surgery combined with small curve subtotal excision of early gastric cancer 　　ZHENG Yichuan 　　Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery，Guigang City Peoples Hospital in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Guigang 537100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application effects of ultrasound knife in the type Ⅱ radical surgery combined with small curve subtotal excision of early gastric cancer. Methods Forty patients with early gastric cancer who had been hospitalized in our hospital from July 2011 to December 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group. Intraoperative bleeding amount， surgical time， secondary bleeding situation， postoperative 3-day total drainage volume， number of cleared lymph nodes and postoperative exhaust time were observed. Results The average intraoperative bleeding amount， surgical time， postoperative 3-day average total drainage volume and average number of cleared lymph nodes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group， with significant differences（P0.05）. The two groups were significantly different in the secondary bleeding situation（P0.05） and the postoperative exhaust situation（P0.05）.
