东江环保公司全面预算管理研究 ［ ］预算管理作为企业H常经营管理屮最为冇效的综合管理工具，已被众多企业所接受, 丼予以实施。但实施的结果并不理想，没有达到预想屮的效果，甚至有一种说法“预算管理 和ERP—样，是企业两大管理陷阱”。如何破解这一“管理陷阱”，让预算管理在企业管理中 发挥出其应冇的效果，已为众多企业所关注。 木文通过对东江环保股份有限公司（以下简称“东江环保公司”）预算管理实施过程进行 研究，总结山东江环保公司预算管理中存在的问题，并从预算管理组织架构、预算目标、预 算执行过程控制、预算结果考核四个方而提出解决方案。 ［关键字］预算管理东江环保公司 Comprehensive budget management research Dongjiang Environmental Co Ltd [Abstract] Budget Management as one of the most effective management tools in daily enterprise operation management，has been widely accepted and applied by many companies.
