2008年 6月 　　　　　 首 都 医 科 大 学 学 报 　　　Jun. 2008 第 29卷 　第 3期 　　　　 Jou rnal of Cap ital M edical U n iversity Vo l. 29　No. 3 ·专题报道 · 中国老年残疾人口状况与康复需求 杜 　鹏 　杨 　慧 (中国人民大学老年学研究所残疾人事业发展研究院 ) 【摘要 】　目的　通过分析我国老年残疾人基本特征和康复需求 ,为加强老年残疾人康复工作 、解决老年残疾人问题提供针对性 建议 。方法 　采用描述性统计和对比分析方法 ,对第 2 次全国残疾人抽样调查的相关数据进行分析 。结果 　女性老年残疾人数 多于男性 ,残疾率随老年人增龄而提高 ,绝大部分老年残疾人生活在农村 。老年残疾人以听力残疾 、肢体残疾和视力残疾为主 , 此 3项占各项残疾的 90%以上 。绝大部分老年残疾是由疾病所致 。老年残疾人的康复需求存在性别 、年龄和残疾类别差异 。医 疗服务与救助 、辅助器具 、康复训练是老年残疾人最主要的康复需求 ,但大部分康复需求未能得到满足 。结论 　促进健康老龄 化 、加强疾病预防、调整财政支出结构 、加大公共财政支出力度和加强康复技术人才队伍建设 ,对于降低老年残疾发生率 、满足老 年残疾人康复需求具有重要意义 。 【关键词 】　老年残疾人 ; 残疾状况 ; 康复需求 【中图分类号 】　R 49 The D isab ility Sta tus and Rehab ilita tion D em ands of the D isabled E l derly in Ch ina Du Peng, Yang Hu i ( Ins titu te of Geron tology, Ch ina D isability Ins titu te of R em in Un ivers ity of Ch ina) 【A BSTRACT 】　O bjective　By analyzing the statu s and rehab ilitation dem and s of disab led elderly p erson s in Ch ina, th is study intend s to give sugge stion s to strengthen rehab ilitation service and resolve the rehab ilitation p rob lem s of disab led elderly p erson s.
