Printing defects can cause the entire PCB Board is not eligible, improve its quality is vital, is none other than the printing press of the effect defect and solder two categories but not excluding the human factor. Several aspects from the start analysis of causes and how to improve quality. Equipment maintenance is also essential part of them. Current PCB printing screen printing machine for mainly to replace the hand printing, adhesive and solder paste is directly related to particle composition, there is distribution of solder is very critical. Defects are nothing more than small Tin, collapse, rolling, dislocation, and so on.
